  • I tasted this 4 times over the last 12 months and it was consistently a very intense and very pure, a precise wine – it combines the purity of a great Bordeaux with the richness of a great Chateauneauf. Tannins are still dominating it when first open, but given 2-3 hours in a decanter it develops into a real beauty. High percentage of Mourvedre provides this wine with abundance of black cherries and berries flavours throughout and it finishes very long, with hints of dark chocolate and smoke. I would expect it to drink the best from about 2014 for about 5-6 years, but, it really is difficult not to open a bottle or 2 right now to help with this weather. tasted throughout 2010
